The mark represents a network of digital colleagues working in sync. Four distinct elements come together to form a unified structure, each capsule signalling a module and its role in the Hiring OS.

Clearspace
Give the mark room.
Use the e as your unit. The vertical height of the lowercase “e” in the wordmark defines the minimum distance to any other element.

Monochrome
When color is off the table.
Two monochrome variants for one-color print, embossing, photography overlays, and any context where the full palette can't carry.
Light backgrounds
Black on light
- Use on White, Canvas Light, and very light photography
- Minimum 80% perceived luminance under the mark
- Avoid placing on warm photo backgrounds. Use full-color instead
Dark backgrounds
White on dark
- Use on Talentix Dark, System Depth, and dark photography
- Required on all four signal colors when full-color isn't possible
- Maintain at least 1e clearspace from edges and adjacent type

Favicon
The mark in a tile.
The favicon is the mark inside a square tile with its own background, sized for browser tabs, app icons, and PWA installs. Always use a rounded square with a 22px corner radius at 32×32. This is not the same as the symbol. The symbol has no tile.

Logo on backgrounds
Pick a background.
Eight approved background contexts. Full-color logo on Dark, Depth, Canvas Light, and White. On Blueprint, Scout, and Reach, always use the monochrome white variant. On Meet Pink, both the full-color and the white-only variant are acceptable.
