How long is the commitment?

Monthly billing, cancel anytime with one month notice. No yearly lock-ins. Annual contracts are available with two months free.

Is there a discount for annual commitment?

Yes. Pay yearly upfront and get two months free. Effectively a 16.7% discount, and the setup fee is waived.

Is there a setup fee?

€3.500 one-off setup fee on Founder, Hiring Team and Operations. Waived for annual contracts. The Pilot has no setup fee.

How does the Partner Program work?

Refer a customer, write a public review, or do a reference call with a prospect. Each activity earns credits or a monthly discount. Three or more activities in a year qualify you as Founding Partner. Full breakdown in the Partners section above.

What if I exceed my job slots?

Slots reset monthly. If you consistently exceed your tier, we move you to the next tier on your next invoice. No penalty.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, upgrade any time. Downgrade with one month notice. We never lock you in.

What is the Talent Map?

A live picture of every candidate in the market for your role, sourced across 130+ data sources, scored on hard criteria, soft criteria and motivation match.

What does AI DNA screening mean?

We translate your company culture, working style, and team chemistry into a vector. Candidates are matched on that fingerprint, not just keyword match.

Do you replace our recruiter?

Never. We match. You hire. The system handles intake, sourcing, outreach, scheduling. The recruiter handles the conversation and the offer. Always with you, never for you.

Where is my data stored?

Servers in the EU (Amsterdam). GDPR compliant. Candidate data is processed under your data controllership.

Which channels does outreach use?

LinkedIn first, email second. WhatsApp for warm follow-up on Operations tier. Always in the client's voice, with response classification.

Can we bring our own data sources?
